Rally has a flexible cancelation policy that lets you cancel or reschedule your charter trip up to 15 days before the scheduled trip date. Charges may apply for cancelations made less than 15 days of the scheduled trip date. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
How can I cancel my trip?
You can cancel your trip in writing to our team at charters@rally.co. The trip doesn't cancel until an affirmation is received in writing from our team.

The process of estimating a quote varies with every unique set of circumstances. Some of the factors that influence the price could be:

How can I pay for the charter booking?

Is there a deadline for canceling a trip?
You can cancel your trip without incurring any charges up to 15 days before the scheduled trip date. Any cancelation made within 15 days of the scheduled trip date incurs a full cancelation charge.
